Default Advice needed on how to get PSA cards re-slabbed...

Can someone answer these questions, please (if there are easy to find links at the PSA website, then I apologize in advance):

1. I have a number of 1962 Topps green tints that aren't marked so on the slabs (they were graded before PSA differentiated between regular cards and GT's), and would like to get them 'corrected' at some point. First of all, do I have to be a member to do this? If not, what is the specific cost involved, aside from declared value, postage and whatnot? In case it matters, I wouldn't want them re-graded, just for the slabs to now indicate "Green Tint."

2. I have a couple of cards with qualifiers that absolutely baffle me. Most notably, this 1961 Banks MVP graded long ago:

What in heck is the print defect?? That tiny white mark in front of Ernie's eyes? No way! Is there a way to convince PSA to change this card to a straight 9? (Before someone chimes in to say it shouldn't be a 9 to begin with, I will say that in hand the corners are sharp...although it doesn't scan that way for some reason.) I sent an e-mail to PSA a long while back, and never got a response. And that was to someone who I had a few conversations with in the past. How do I ask them to review the card? What does that entail and cost? Is there a chance that they will actually agree it's mislabeled and change it, or will they just stick to their guns and say it's justified?? I have no desire to sell it at the moment, but a straight 9 is infinitely more valuable than a PSA 9 PD.

Thanks!

Re #1, that would just be straight reholder and you'd put the comment for them to add the Green Tint as a variation. However, I think they stopped marking Green Tints a year ago or so, so you might have missed your opportunity. They were making a bunch of errors on those because not all of them are easy to tell without both in hand, and I think it was costing them too much money to cover the costs of all the mechanical errors.

Re #2, it would cost a regular submission cost for the card at a PSA 7 value. It's possible that the PD is the black ink in the gold diamond on the back. But it's worth the attempt to do a review. It might even be worth cracking it out and going for it as a raw card if you think it's deserving of a straight 9. If I submitted it as a review, I'd even mark it as "No Qualifiers" and put minimum grade of 8.
