Default Scammer alert: Charles Sandler

I confirmed a couple of days ago and now someone else has been approached and asked me about him. He is new member here as sandlercharles71. His modus operandi appears to be ID someone looking for a type of card, email them with photo of card copied off eBay. Beware.

He email me after I posted that I was looking for a E90-2 Maddox. All his email said was "How much would you pay" with a picture of a SGC 1.5 Maddox card. I emailed him back asking for another picture of the card and never got a response. I suspected it was a scam just based on the wording in the email.

Funny how these scammers choose names like they're some old money hi-brow society type.

He was banned a little while ago. These are happening almost daily so everyone needs to keep being aware.

That is how I was approached also. Hie email started with “Heyman, what would you pay”. When you approach someone you do not know, wouldn’t you Identify who you are and possibly post a scan of the card you have and asking price? I hate scammers.
