Default Help finding whos Jersey this could be Americans?????

Had this on blowouts message boards a while back and guys had some good theories but we never dialed it in. I know there are some amazing guys on this forum who know alot more than I do about these vintage jerseys. Any help of possibly identifying this would be greatly appreciated. Would really like to find out who wore it and their significance. Its in amazing shape. I will also link the other thread to show what some of the others have come up with .

Nice jersey. Not sure who it could belong to but I think you can at least exclude the Cuban National team. Good luck and I hope that helps.

I do appreciate you looking! Maybe the only resort is to contact the HOF research guys and see what they can dig up.
