The real problem with these type of listings is that eBay/PayPal have their crazy return policies. If the new seller does not get their crazy price they just return the item and make the original seller refund them. It makes it so the person selling it now has no skin in the game and are guaranteed to either make $ or get their $ back. This way of selling is very common unfortunately.

maybe they will sell it quick enough that they can message the original seller with an updated address for their buyer like drop shipping
