That's pretty slick of him to bid it up to $375 then relist it with a BIN of $325. It might actually fool someone into thinking it was a good deal if they didn't check the bid history. I don't see how eBay doesn't have any competition when this stuff is allowed to run rampant.

At 9% per winning bid, he has already paid $60 in Ebay fees. Unless he turns himself in for being a non-payer I guess.

Last I knew you could file a dispute and agree to mutually end the transaction where the seller gets a refund on the fees and the buyer doesn't get a non paying bidder strike. Then again he could just report his other account as a non payer and make up a new one if it gets suspended.
