Vintage 8x10 Photo's, Any Value?
Hi Again,
I came across these photos and was wondering if anybody could tell me more info about them. Not sure if they are original. The person claimed to have had them for 30+ years. They are all 8x10 and they have wear from creasing to possible water damage to rips and tears. There are no markings at all. Group 1 has Tom Harmon, Jim Londos, George Mikan, Bobby Jones, Glenn Davis, Joe Louis. Group 2 has Lou Gehrig, 2 Unknown wrestling photos and Jack Dempsey. The Dempsey has what I believe to be a stamped autograph. Can anybody confirm this?

The ones in the top photo were issued commercially around the 1950s, so aren't original but old. You can tell by the particular styalized signatures.They will have some value. Obviously, big name athletes. The bottom two wrestling photos could be originals. Not sure about the Dempsy and Gehrig, but could be similar to the 1950s photos. I would guess the Gehrig is old but not original.
