Default Real or fake?

Received these two cards (see scan) recently.

The plastic packaging for these cards differ from recent PSA graded cards. You will notice that the type on the label is different, the plastic is missing the 2 clear anti-fraud tabs on both sides, and the back logo is not consistent with PSA's current logo. Both of these cards have low serial numbers, so is it possible that PSA used a different packaging in the earlier days? Or are these cards housed in fake plastic posing to be PSA graded cards?

What do you think? Real or fake?

We have confirmed that these cards were graded and packaged by PSA. They were graded in the earlier days of PSA, when they used a slightly different casing. This is confirmed by the lower serial numbers.
