Writing reads like "Hawaii" to me with a funny capital H and un-dotted i's.
Structures look like every other building on Oahu back in the day; thick foliage more like Windward side. Looks like a whole row of Navy officers at the right but hard to say at that resolution. Is that a scoreboard in right-center? Neat card.

If not for Kawika's eagle eyes, I would have guessed Oak Bay, Vancouver Island . However, it does read to me like Hawaii as well.

That was going to be my second guess, Max, but it didn't work because of the lack of Canucks logowear on any of the crowd.

Value on real photo baseball postcards can be all over the map, but US Navy baseball photos from the same era (almost always in Cuba) don't bring a whole lot...usually between $10 and $20. This one is pretty cool and also has pre-statehood Hawaii going for it which could attract collectors of Hawaiiana. If I had to guess what it would sell for on ebay it would be less than $50.
