Doug:

In your experience, do all of the cards come in two color variations (black & white and cream)? Take a look at Todd's Foxx and Gehringer cards above. The Foxx is black and white, while the Gehringer is a cream color.

Lew Lipset sold a dozen or so in the recent past. These are printed on cardboard rather than the ultra thin paper of their counterparts.
