I really hate that when you search for "pre War" T206 on Ebay, you still get thousands of reprints and modern cards.

It really grinds my gears.

Default completed items

I wonder his completed listings count is zero? Those are some pretty sweet card. Pre Gulf War!

Could be the most overpriced listings in Ebay history.

I think its funny he has his 1986 Topps Complete Set priced higher than his 1979 Topps Complete Set.

Edited to add.. Wow, Just saw his 1987 Topps at $380 lol.

I think I have a whole box of Mike Greenwell rookie cards somewhere. Maybe I should contact this guy.

I have to think that with the shipping costs he is just waiting for someone to make an offer of 1cent or more. If someone pays a penny on top of shipping he is still making a lot more off some of those cards than he should be able to.

The 1990 Topps Mets team set seems like a bit of a stretch for $45.00

Love the Greg Maddux lot. 4 '88 topps and 1 '88 fleer for $150.00

And the Griffey Rookie card collections seems like a steal for $1800.00

OOOhhh! $85.00 for the '89 Donruss Ricky Jordan. I think we have a winner.

Perhaps the seller has a Shop at Home background? Or he/she is just someone who took some junk as a consignment and has no clue.

Those are a year old. If that doesn't define "Vintage" what does?!?!?

He is asking 2.00 Or Best Offer. How much is someone's time worth is my first thought? I am thinking of offering a quarter and going from there.....True vintage is hard to find.

Maybe I just did not look deep enough into his feeback but it looks like this is the first time he is trying to sell cards. He obviously does not know the market.

It won't help completely, but it helps a lot to search like this if you dont already do it:

T-206 Cobb -rp -reprint -reprints -reproductions

That at least will leave off all the cards that the sellers have been nice enough to put those disclaimers in.

Default Reprints

Try this...

T206 -reprint -reprints -rp -topps -etopps -2010 -style

That cleans most of the junk out. Not all, but most.
