Default Deans listing issues.....

What if I did a BIN on all of these? It could wreak havoc...(woops it is Deans not Probstein so corrected the title)

What if 20 different people did a BIN on different listings of the same card (Cobb or Lajoie) simultaneously, who would get the card?
