Default 1928 Babe Ruth Candy Wrapper- Fake?

I hit the BIN on this before I checked it out thoroughly. Having a few questionable ones I took the plunge but it looks like I might have dove into a pool with no water. I asked the seller to hold on to ship but he said no worries on return because it had already shipped... In retrospect I think it is probably fake.....?

It's really tough to tell on those without having them in front of you. The first image makes it look fake because of the apparent glossy surface but the second two images point to a possible authenticity.

LOL....I know. I was leaning towards the fact it doesn't have the writing on the sides AND doesn't have the dreaded number 7 on it (*which I think are probably fake ones, but again, not positive)

Probably going to have to go with fake on this one but again, I'm not 100% certain. The surface and printing just don't look right to me.

Me too but it was too late to stop the shipment ..I hate returns but I hate buying fake stuff, as real, even more.

There's a pretty good thread for determining authenticity of these wrappers here: Link

Leon - stay away from Ohio (and Indiana) on Ebay if there is any question, the possession arrow always points towards FAKE in those 2 states. So many fake baseball items, especially memorabilia, and negro league items, and signs, and THIS!

I wasn't paying close attention to the fonts. Definitely fake. That's a modern font set, not stylized, hand-printed letters.

Here is the Babe handing out some presumably non-fake candy bars. Not my photo.
