Default 1968 Tigers vs. Cardinals Pennant - Looking for input

Trying to get more info on this pennant. How tough is it? I've never seen it before. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Lou

I've never seen it either (and I've seen a lot!)

Super rare, obviously... Can you post a photo of the upper-left portion? The glare is making that part difficult to see.

Thanks!

The upper left appears to have a Tigers sticker or patch, if I'm not mistaken.

Sorry not to mention. The upper left is a pin that was attached to the pennant. Here's another image (sorry for the shaky first one and sadly the 2nd image has glare as well). If anyone would like an image out of the pennant holder, let me know.

I have never seen this variation before. The pin is post 1968 due to the MLB logo present and the pennant has a stiff look to it and may be a pennant issued a few years after the Series. If the felt is soft it could very well be from 1968 if stiff could have been produced at a later date. Very rare design if sold during the '68 Series. About 20 years ago a dealer of pennants in the Detroit area told me he could count about 23 different pennant designs from the '68 Tigers. This may be one of the rear ones and may not have. Been a big seller due to the generic design. Thanks for sharing.

Default 68 Pennant

The pennant was purchased when the person that I bought it from went to Game 5 of the series. It is a soft material not the stiff style.
