Default Any Derby picks, especially exacta boxes...

Posted By: Bob S

Hey, guys.

I've got more faith in the regulars here to handicap the derby than all the 900 number guys put together. Any thoughts from anyone?

Thank, and Leon, if this is too far out, please just delete.

Bob

Off or a sloppy track, include Steppenwolfer in your box for a huge payout.
If the track is fast or good, Lawyer Ron and Barbaro I feel are 1-2 and you might just want to consider them in some exactas with a long shot in the number 2 place.

Just a feeling, but I'm liking Brother Derek, especially with Barbaro and SweetNorthernSaint.

Good luck,

Seeing how well Todd Pletcher has done today down there..
.....I would have to throw Bluegrass Cat in for a minor share if I still played exotics.....Dominguez on a son of Storm Cat...hmmm

No threat of an off track... Speed looks to be holding up.

So is it the board's anti-attorney bias (so many of us here are lawyers to the chagrin of many others) or what that makes everyone overlook Lawyer Ron who is undefeated on dirt. The last time I looked the Derby had a dirt track!
Everyone is going with the sey, trendy picks. Good, hopefully I'll laugh all the way to the bank just like the last 2 years with Smarty and Alex in these Triple Crown races.....

Hey Guys,

I went to the Oaks yesterday, the few tickets I cashed didn't offset the losers. Crazy feature race...

While there I got Sinister Minister across the board, and then I bet Cause To Believe as a show horse.

My understanding is that AP Warrior and Lawyer Ron are peaking horses... might want them in an exotic bet.

Kentucky, the land of beautiful horses and fast women.

Murcer and I should have shared a beer together, with Barbaro, his Bluegrass Cat and Steppenwolfer we could have been bidding on some Jackson rookie cards

Bob..i was lucky enough to have a $2 exacta ticket..but i was not bold enough to play trifectas...at $5,000 for a $1 ticket you are right....next time ..

meanwhile Pletcher just won the 11th and 12th down there.
.....and yes, yes, yes I bet them too
