I didn't win any of my pre-war REA bids but I did land this beauty.

Only one graded, and one of coolest names....and first baseball pin set, I believe...He once gave up 4 home runs in game to Ed Delehanty--but pitched CG and won 9-8....Olbermann loves this set....

any comments on Cameo Pepsins?

Default Foxx, Batter-Up

Am happy with this high number Foxx. One of the keys to the Batter-Up's.

Terrific Babe in a tough set indeed, Leon!
That card was my first Ruth card , which prompted me to collect the York Caramels...of course it was Type 2 , and Type 1 is easier to find. I had to get a Type 1 Ruth too!

I ended up with the full Type 1’s and i’m within six cards of the Type 2’s where I have stalled out.
I still pick up duplicate Yorks here and there because they are cool, and I tend to stick with sets I like.

If I unbury my scanner before the month is out, I will share a couple faves that arrived In November.

I really enjoy these eye candy threads!
