Originating with legendary hobby pioneer Dr. Frank (don't call me Jesse) Burkett, this card can be used as a placeholder for the real deal T206 Green Cobb Portrait in your quest to slay the Monster. So, perhaps you are stuck with a Monster Number of 517 and just can't seem to knock this pesky Cobb version off the list. Pick up the NET54 sanctioned reprint and Frank guarantees a 0.5 bump in your MN count...I think he guaranteed it...I mean, he really probably will honor it...so, there's a chance if he's in a good mood, he may bump up your MN...I really have no idea what he'll do...but, at any rate, possessing this bonus card is a considered a great honor in several cultures...I'm pretty sure that Micronesians would think you were really cool!
