Default What is your favorite one-of-a-kind item, a never sell item?

Posted By: tbob

Mine is easy. Several years ago I bought a "folk-art" baseball circa 1912-15. A collector had pasted T205s and T207s all around the baseball and then added a cut signature of Christy Mathewson (verified) and then added a coat of clear shellac over the whole thing. Right above Matty's signature is a really nice T205 Matty. It is absolutely beautiful (I know, it sounds weird). I bought it in a Robert Edwards auction and as I recall there were 3 others, a Collins, Speaker and someone else. Does anyone here have one of the other balls? Just curious.
