Default Thoughts on this T209?

I picked up this T209 because of the interesting mark on the front. Not sure if its a WST or a a factory strike. It does have more of the reverse printed on the front thats hard to see from the scan. The Of after Photo Series and a very faint Virginia show up on my loupe. I know T209's have WST issues as at least half of the examples I own have them on the reverse. Any thoughts on this card? Any other examples out there bearing a similar transfer/strike?

Interesting. To me, from the scan, it looks like a wet sheet transfer or something similar. Can you tell if there are indention's where it is?

Here are a couple more I have added in my searches. These ones arent as bold as the Wehrell example in the scans but are clearly visible in hand and even more so under a loupe. There also appears to be indentations as if they were strikes as opposed to wst's. I also have a 2nd Biel with the same Photo Series Of markings on the front. Does anyone know of any T209-2's with this same print on the fronts?
