Default Anyone Recognize This Manufacturer?

This particular photo from a heavily-used Official League baseball, but I don't recognize the manufacturer. It was with a group of other similarly and more-abused balls that appeared to date to the 1940's overall. The logo has what looks to be a stylized WBH in the center, but the surrounding text is too badly obscured to make out more than a letter or two here and there. Ring any bells for anyone?

That is W.H. Brine from Boston, MA. Not to be confused with James W. Brine of Boston.
