Wow, great pickups! Love the vintage hockey. I have gotten sidetracked with other things, but this may inspire me to get back after a few Orr and Plante I like. Great cards, and great pics too.

Default Thanks

I got the 1910 Lacrosse card at Leon's last auction as part of a lot, got it for peanuts. Thinking of getting graded. The Orr and Howe came stamped already. Stamp is worth almost as much as the card itself.

Yeah, kind of like the stamp on them, and those were applied pretty well so they look great. That Lacrosse card should pull a good grade. Heck, anything that old is cool.

The lacrosse card is cool. I am thinking about doing the set. I played LOTS of lacrosse, hence the forum handle.

Great cards Neil! Angus "bones" Allen had a pretty solid multi sport career (according to Wikipedia). He seemed to be a better lacrosse player, but he did win 3 Stanley cups while playing pro hockey for the Ottawa silver sevens...

Thinking of grading Bones, any suggestions on which company I should use? I'm leaning towards SCG
