Default Pin back buttons and keychain dangles

I still am very baffled by the lack of info on the poker chip type bangles I have They feature the 1949 Chicago Cubs picture on one side and their name on the back. I have received a few replies even took them to a baseball store. They said yes they are rare but have no more information.

Go to baseballpinbacksbuttons.wordpress.com. Look in the archives for the June 3, 2013 article entitled "A Most Unusual Type of Dangle". It's the only information I have ever seen on these.

If MLB frowns on gambling then WHY were the poker chips allowed to be made with MLB players faces on them?

Maybe that is why they are so rare, either an unlicensed product or they were being made and were told to stop.
