Does anyone have or know of a good site that shows complete checklists for old boxing card sets

You can check the PSA set registry web site... It has the T220 checklists for both the regular and silver bordered cards. It also has the T218 checklist for the entire set but that includes boxers as well as other sports .
Or you can get a copy of Adam Warshaws latest boxing guide.

VCP now has checklists and prioes for all sports and not only baseball. Below are the checklists you requested. The T220 comes to ways white border and Silver border with the later being more valuable.

Bobby, no one has ever seen a silver bordered Burns, Barry or Donovan as champion. If you have scans, please forward them to me or post them here. Here is, so far as I know, an accurate checklist of the silver borders:
