Default T204 distribution

Does anyone know where the TTT-backed T204s were distributed? Was this a regional issue (just New England?), available in a few different parts of the country, available nationally but just not a popular cigarette brand?

Regional issue in the greater Boston area. It was possibly distributed further by cigarette jobbers. The Mentor Co. which was formerly T. T. Timayenis & Co. The T.T.T. brand was supposedly a more expensive cigarette than it's Ramly counterpart. However, I have not been able to find a print ad to verify such, Ramly's were 10 for 10 cents per box.
