I think Juan Samuel as a Phillie had over 700 ABs. And maybe another Phillie got there too? Jimmie?

I cheated and peaked at answers, because I had no idea after going through all the teams (for the AB and stolen bases). I just want to say you all are very impressive but I don't think you're going to get the other guy with 70 stolen bases. That, in my mind, based on the discussion here, is the most remote.
