Default Ebay Refund Question???

Well, here's kind of a different one:

My wife bought a collectable off ebay and never received it. After she paid for the item, it was never marked as being shipped. She waited around three weeks or so and then sent a message to the seller asking for an update. The seller responded by saying, "I will refund your money. Please send me your name and address."

I told her not to do it, but how would you respond to the seller???

Thanks in advance for any input.

You should report it directly to ebay as item not received. Go to the item in your purchase history. On the right will be a drop down for 'more actions'. One if the options is 'I didn't receive it'. Follow the steps from there. This will get ebay investigating. If the seller cannot provide information then ebay should be able to get your refund.
