Problem w/ a seller on eBay

Has anyone ever bought from Shaman62 on eBay? I seem to be having an issue completing at transaction with him for a low grade T206.

Have bought over 10 T206 cards from Marty with no problems at all. Hope it works out!

He refunded my PayPal payment early this morning for no apparent reason and hasn't responded to messages sent through eBay. Kinda strange...

Unfortunately no. I have sent multiple messages via eBay asking why he refunded payment. No response. Unfortunately there isn't anything I can do as a buyer.
