I have only ever seen 1 size Clemente mirror. That said, I have seen (and own) a cardboard version of it that I believe was used to promote it.

I am not sure why, but believe that 70 team issue has eluded me.....unless laying in a box somewhere.

Had a great time at the national - actually found a couple of neat Clemente items - 1971 Action photos uncut sheet and Clemente low top sneakers - new with tags in an original box!! Will try to post photos soon. Also picked up a bunch of Pirates cards with my kids for our team collection.

Did you purchase the sneakers from Chuck T?

Would that be Chuck Tomasco? Or a different T? In either case, no - Paul Kutch.

If you didn't get a 1960 bat fan yet, I ran into an old friend at the national that had one for sale - PM me if you want his contact info.

Yeah, I was talking about Chuck Tomasco.

I still need the bat fan. I would appreciate you sending me his contact info. Do you remember if it was complete and price being asked?

Thanks Howard

Edit: Was it the r.c. means seller on eBay?

Does anyone know what I missed in this lot? I was in briefly as I wanted the Rawlings photo. They don't seem to become available often. Nonetheless, I couldn't justify the final price. $647.42 seems a bit excessive to me. When you include shipping it's close to $700.

My guess is that someone wanted the photo pretty badly. I can't see the store model gloves commanding that price, even if a tough glove. When I sold all of my Clemente gloves (12-15) over the last couple of years, I definitely lost money on them. But who knows

That Rawlings premium is quite scarce. While I haven't seen it sell for that kind of number, I haven't seen one sell in many (15+) years either. Not a shock if that pushed it. Also, IF the Sonnett box was connected to the Clemente glove, that would be pretty rare as well ( no where near as cool as your rawlings box though ) Agree the rest of the store gloves are no big deal ( I still have my sub collection of store model gloves and believe I have 40+ different ones)
