Default $1290 worth of cards

Check this out. He claims this is $1290 worth of cards and his grading is right in line with his valuation of the cards.

He purposely did NOT include a "decimal point" in his description ... so that if the purchaser complains later, the seller can say that he meant that the book value of the cards was 12.90.

Even worse ....

he did not even include a DOLLAR SIGN ... so that later he can "honestly" say that the book value of the cards was indeed 1290 "pesos".

Pesos? Don't you mean Lira? or maybe shares of Enron stock?

i'd put even odds on him actually getting his minimum bid...maybe he's asking a little much, but it only takes one collector invigorated by the excitement of topps 206!
