Only 23 graded (2 graded PSA 6) vs his 1986 Fleer PSA 10 which has 320 plus.

Even rarer. Will trade for a nice T206 set. (Minus the big 4)

Yep looks like tickets are starting to pick up. Especially to key players, events and records set

I think it depends on the ticket. I have Super Bowl ticket stubs that I literally can't give away.

This is a bit misleading. A few subsets of tickets have increased dramatically like Jordan, Brady, etc. Essentially the same subsets as cards.

Darren Rovell has been pumping tickets for a while on his Twitter which has driven prices up.

Agree. Like cards, some really really special stuff is exploding . . .but I don't know if that's representative of the market as a whole.

With the Jordan ticket, it's a crazy important ticket that no one ever would have thought on saving. Like Lou Gehrig's last game he played. Who knew. Many other tickets had "save this for the future" written all over it and not worth much. Cal Ripken's or Jeter's last game comes to mind.

I'm amazed that you buy a fantastic set of all 5 tickets from the 1969 World Series, all graded by PSA, and a few 4s, for under a grand.

I was at Michael Conforto’s debut. If I had thought to save that I’d be 50 cents richer.

Wonder what his ticket at Laney High School would go for?

Agreed, like anything else it is about supply and demand. I think some of those items are fun to collect but are just what, but not going to break the bank and really appreciate in value (which is ok too). No one in 1927 thought some day this ticket will be worth something but on 1998 many were conditioned to do it.

My only ticket I own, which I purchased to go along with this picture of my Uncle Sam with Mickey Mantle.
I forget what I paid but I don't think as high as what I just checked out on eBay?

His Major League debut (Mets, 2015) or his pro debut (Brooklyn Cyclones, 2014)? I was at both. As a matter of fact, for his pro debut my seat was in the front row, right near the Cyclones' on-deck circle. I was so close that I could have wished him good luck in a normal speaking voice and he'd have heard me.

None of which is relevant to this thread, but what is relevant is that prior to the start of the game, one guy had Conforto sign a few tickets.

And next to Conforto's left hand in this photo, you'll see another fan holding a ticket for him to sign.

The tickets for his mother's Olympic gold medal probably sell for more.

Goldin had an interesting lot last night/this AM with DiMaggio hit streak stubs Game 1, 2 and 8. None are graded yet in PSA. I have not seen any pop up before. Sold for around $5.6k w/ BP.

The crazy part of that auction is that there is no year on the tickets and the only way to tie them to 1941 is those news paper clippings.

Big $$$ for a non-dated version with only scrapbook proof.
