Anyone from Nebraska is gonna get an inferiority complex.
Navada will feel superior.

What is the difference between the first Navada and the second Navada? Is the first one East Navada?

I was born in northern NJ, now live in central Jersey on 5 acres in a town called Middle of Nowhere

Grew up in the Midwest (St. Charles, IL), went to college in Iowa, and came to PA for grad school about two centuries ago. Live in West Chester, PA, root for the Phillies, and never miss a Cubs game in Philadelphia. Once a Cubs fan, always.......

Cheers,
Mike

I thought Whyoming was annexed by Utah -- and someone must be living in their own private Idaho.

I guess RI is too small to be included, but by this time tomorrow we should be real BIG---like 28"-36" or so bigger right here north of Providence.

Born in northwestern PA, grew up in the Imperial Valley and San Bernardino, where we did steal Norcal water. Escaped to the Eastern Sierras where everyone steals our water. That is OK, we like wide open spaces and no land available to Bay area or Socal developers. The downside is the closest card shop is in Reno, and the only show up here is Mule Days, sh@t boy howdy. Oh yeah. A great place to build and fish bamboo rods.

Default To Calli or not to Calli

Why does Navada get the option of throwing in with us here in Calli, or blowing us off and throwing in with Utah, Col, KS?

Yes it is true, southern Calli (SoCal) steals our water up here in northern Calli (NorCal).

You could always move to one of the "approximately" 28 states represented in the poll if that would make you feel better?

Not much water to be found in the Imperial Valley (does Sultan Sea count?). I know first hand as I've had the privilege of spending several July days (weeks) in Brawley/El Centro... highs were 116 during day, lows about 112 at night. Awesome!

Default 'What business is it of yours!!!!!'

Grew up in Waltham, MA – home of the Waltham Watch and where crayons were invented. Lived next door to the mother of CFL and wrestling great Angelo ‘King Kong’ Mosca. Parents still live there. Currently living in Springfield, VA. My wife is a Wells. Founders of American Optical and Sturbridge Village.

Those living in Eastern Mass will appreciate that I still order ‘tonic’ when I go out. Not soda or pop.

Peter B. – my father in law lives in Osterville.
Michael P – my mother in law lives in West Chester
Steve F. (Ladder 7) – like the map of the world. Masshole drivers have nothing on D.C. drivers. Half the people around here drive as if the last thing they drove was a goat cart in Bangladesh. You don’t want to be here in heavy rain and forget a dusting of snow. All out panic. That storm you are all getting now would shut this place down for at least a week.

Default Boomer Sooner and Hoosier

Andy, Kenny & Casey,

I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana now, so I guess I would fit in on the pole between Ill and Ohio; but I grew up in Moore, OK in the 80s. I used to ride my bike from off of 4th street by the hospital in Moore all the way to the south side off OKC off of Western Ave. to Roger Neufeldt's Sports Memories. I still enjoy saying hi to Roger every National. Used to love beating the Norman Tigers in sports. Go Lions!
