Default HELP! Does anyone recognize this sig and jersey?

Hey guys. Does anyone know who's jersey this is by the sig or style? I assume it's a turn back the clock jersey but I don't know what year and I certainly don't know the autograph. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tony

That looks like a San Fran Giants throwback jersey that was used in 1992 or '94 and possibly worn by Jim McNamara. This would be my guess.

A better picture of the tagging may help. It looks like there is some sort of flag tag on the tagging.

Jim McNamara. He played for the Giants in 1992 and 1993.

The jersey is a thowback to 1942.

“Wartime sleeve patches were worn by all levels of professional baseball teams between 1942 and 1945. A “Health” patch, as seen here, was worn during the 1942 season, part of a war-time health and fitness awareness campaign, and from 1943-1945 a “Stars and Stripes” patch was worn.”
