Default 1915 Red Sox Pennant--Value

I am looking for help from Pennant experts---my friend has a 1915 Red Sox World Series Pennant---sorry no scan--pennant does have pinhole at tip and other side--overall Excellent condition and framed--not sure on value---any rough ideas. thanks, Don

Don, is it this pennant? Or does it say 1915 on it? This one may run upwards of $1,000 in decent shape - somewhat common among early Sox pennants....

I am not saying it is not from 1915, but the image is the same as the 1912 World Series gold medal given to the players. Is it known to be 1915 for sure?

It is the most common of all the known oversized Pennants.

Typically sells as follows, per condition...

Poor $250
VG $350
EX $500
EXMT $650
NRMT $750

I’ve seen at least 25 of these sell over the years, and am confident in the valuations above. Hope this helps.

I could not afford a real 1915 Red Sox pennant, but managed to acquire this piece that is a perfect backdrop for an early Red Sox display:
