The pack is bogus, but how about the claim that "a 1910 unopened Drum tobacco pack recently sold at auction for many times higher than my asking price" true? See 4th line from the bottom of description. 800hitter is the seller. Is he a member here?







Edited to add: that he also claims to have opened a T206 pack and found a Walter Johnson card. Yeah, right.

Then, you know he doesn't know what he is talking about.

One problem (among others) I have with graded T-packs is that all the important info is printed on the sides of thes packs....
and, you cannot read it.

In this case you can't read anything.

BTW, as you know, my earlier quote was actually referencing your observation, which took place in an earlier episode, thereby carrying on the Seinfeldian conceptual continuity.

Yes, a great episode from the greatest season of the show (until the finale, of course).

That episode also features the re-emergence of Salvation Army employee Rebecca DeMornay, who uttered one of my favorite lines in her first appearance:

Season 8 and 9 are by far the best. Especially the last season. My all-time favorite episode is "The Serenity Now" followed by a close second, "The Merv Griffin Show". When I watch the Serenity Now, I still cry laughing when Kramer puts the wind chimes on his door. "The cool evening breeze of Anytown, USA" That's my favorite line.

I felt the later episodes were a bit haywire. Elaine's character changed over the years, and I like the early Elaine better. The later episodes were shrill and over the top. The early ones were paced better and more clever. But to each his own.
