Default T206 Frank Chance - Rare Factory 42 back

http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&item=5161611665

I am the current high bidder, but don't need the card any longer, so can some of you please go out bid me and win this very rare card? Thanks.

(PS - I know some of you are probably sniping this and are mad that I publicized it ... but I have a reason to post this ... not just a "public service announcement.")

uh Hal, that's a Sweet Cap Fact. 42, and not that rare. The rare back is the "Piedmont" Fact. 42.

Yeah ..... sure, I knew that.

I am an idiot.

Either I will own a Frank Chance card that has no value to me... or someone will be kind enough to bid $56 and take it off my hands!!

Either way...

the embarassment will still linger.

Unless...

Elliot is using his old "reverse psychology" on me...

to trick me into thinking that the card is not rare when it really is?

Thanks!

I could "retract" my bid... but don't want to risk the bad feedback or whatever else would come with it.

Hall, you have to retract something like 10 bids in 6 months in order for eBay to pisy with you. Bill, can probably tell you the exact number and time frame.

hal, be careful, that seller is a low life POS! He may give you a negative just for winning. Actually the Sweet Cap fac 42 without overprint is tougher than the overprint one, but not near the piedmont fac 42 as stated. If you don't want it Hal, I won't make you pay for it, or you can retract if you like, either way I don't mind. the seller of the RARE Frank Chnace card, Dan.

Hal, are you seriously worried you will win it for $56???? That's about the same odds as I would have to make the major leagues

Hal, I owned 7 of the Darby Chocolate cards when I chose this name. I mainly sell with Darby-s and do most of my buying with R337MAN. Dan.

A very chancy SGC Chance 30 Good 2.

Halley no longer has to advocate sniping by anyone, because some one has been kind enough to post his bail.

Darby-s = Dan McKee r337 AKA POS as per Dangerous Dan Magie. ... is sitting in his box seat, and watching the game.

The Black Belt is lamenting his impossible dream to the bigs.

In his quest for T206 backs, there's no question about it, ... Halley Babe has to get his meat hooks on Heitman's T206 The Monster.

Will the Gator get the Monster?
Will the Black Belt snipe just to prove his point?
Will the snipers schedule their snipe's right?
Will the Snipe.com function or mal function?
Will Darby-s = Dan McKee r337 AKA POS as per Dangerous Dan Magie, --- find happiness in this one?

Tune in Feb 6, for the on going adventures of:

It is really nice of the lowlife seller to offer some relief on this, but I doubt it will be necessary.

The following Chance yellow port cards have sold recently:

PSA 2 73.00 5/04
GAI 3 100.00 5/04
PSA 2 53.88 7/04
SGC 30 66.00 7/04

I don't know the backs for any of these, which means they were common.

I think prices are generally up about 20% since last year on T206's.

I'd jump in here, but I need the red port, not the yellow.

Also just saw that there is a Buy it Now for this card in PSA 2 for only $199.99 from kityoungcards - back not even mentioned.
