Default 1966 packers autographed ball

Hi All,
A friend of mine posted me some photos of a football he came across in an old shed. It sure wasn't treated with love, but a great find just the same. It appears to be a 1966 autographed Wilson football. Most autographs and info on ball is hard to read, but the Bart Starr autograph is plain to see. So is Bill Curry who only played with GB in 1965 and 66. Also on ball he said he can see American Football and National Football. Bottom right of first picture is sig of Bill Curry.
Any help on this ball would be appreciated. Not too many name are recognizable from these photos as the glare from the light makes it difficult to read. Maybe some of you can recognize some of the signatures on the ball as well. He also is asking what kind of value would be on this ball in this condition. A great find no matter what, too bad the original owner did not care for the ball.
I looked up what a super bowl I ball would look like, and not like this one.

Thank You

By the way, what would be the best product to care for this ball without losing any more of these signatures. Again, sorry for the poor quality of the photos. I know the sigs are hard to read.

Can't tell you anything about the value of the ball, but the best way to preserve it would be to minimize exposure to light and moisture. I don't think I'd apply anything to the surface of the ball.
