Default Need help identifying two players from the 1888 Omaha Omahogs

I'm trying to identify two players from the 1888 Omaha Omahogs. The attached image shows Dad Clarke and Jocko Flynn, cropped from Old Judge cards, overlaid on the photo of the players I am trying to identify. I think one of these two if Clarke and the other is Flynn, but I'm torn as to which is which.

It is always possible I am mistaken about the identities. The larger photo is of the 1888 Omaha club, and most of the other players have been ID'd, so we don't have a lot of options left for these two. One option is Ed Cassian, for whom no image is known, as best I can tell. Tom Nagle would be another possibility.

Can I get some opinions?

Paul W.

The guy on the right looks like Flynn.

Default Team photo for the 1888 Omaha Omahogs

Here is a team photo for the 1888 Omaha Omahogs, subjects of the Old Judge n172 card set. The players have been identified as follows:
Back row (l-r): Joe Miller, Jim Burns, John Doran, Tug Wilson, Pat O'Connell, Bill Annis
Middle row (l-r): Len Sowders, Bill Burdick, Frank Selee, Dan Shannon, Jim Cooney
Front row (l-r): Joe Walsh, Jocko Flynn, Ed Cassian, Tom Lovett, Jack Messitt

The identification was done through a group consensus. The photo was taken on April 8, 1888, per the Omaha Daily Bee. The Bee provided the list of players in the photo, which allowed Ed Cassian to be identified by process of elimination, as no other photo of him has been found.
