Your instincts are correct. Too much space between the black line and the photo is a telltale sign of a M101-4 reprint.

Yupp, the gap is too big. Though I must admit besides that it looks like a snazzy reprint.

Same opinion on the seller. I bought an E95 Collins from him. He lives close by to where I attend law school and he agreed to meet me in person for the delivery and payment - a great seller but I think he works a lot on commission so it might not be his card.

Good seller, but the card is a reprint. Like others said the gap between the photo and the black line is 2-3X too wide.

I contacted the seller and informed him that it was likely a reprint. He thanked me and apparently cancelled the auction on his own. I think that says a lot for this seller.
