How do you get to do that? When I called and asked, they would not give me their address. They claimed that it was a bonded location, and couldn't have everyone just coming in dropping off cards. Or did they lie to me?

I think that's the standard response, but every time I've gone in there were others dropping off cards as well. There is even a room set up to fill out forms, and you wait for an employee to come pick them up. There is a minimum service level at least one of the cards has to meet, but the rest can be at lower levels. A quick google search will show their address even though they don't publish it on their site.
