That's a W519 strip card but it's been trimmed. Should have four borders. Tough to put a value on it trimmed, but one that had the borders in VG condition would probably be worth about $700. Probably real because why trim a counterfeit card?

To make it seem more 'authentic' and maybe get lucky and get 100's of dollars for something that costs a few coins to make.
