Default Successful BST w/ BLongley

I completed my first BST transaction using paypal f/f and I was extremely nervous as I had no recourse should something go wrong. I briefly spoke with Leon who said he seemed legit based on what he saw. I explained all this to Brian who was EXTREMELY gracious stating he understood how I felt but assured me everything would be fine, he even gave him a link to his work web address and mentioned several other Net54'ers he has done biz with.

Everything went just as I had hoped and even better as Brian gave me a discount for having 4 children!

Now I have added a sweet 1915 CJ #88 Mathewson in a PSA holder :-) That gives me 72 of the 176 cards needed to complete the set.

Thank you Brian, for being such a stand up guy and good luck adding to your Walter Johnson and Ty Cobb collection!

Amen! I bought a card from Brian as well, and it went swimmingly. A stand up seller for sure!!

Thanks for the kind words Micah. Hopefully all of your transactions go smoothly here or anywhere else. There for sure are quite a few good people here that I have dealt with, not just buying/selling but also their willingness to share knowledge and their passion for collecting with me.

Best of luck as you work on the 1915 CJ set.... I can tell you Net54 members that Micah is easy to deal with and definitely looking for those CJs, which he prefers in PSA holders!

Glad to hear it worked out. In the future if you're that nervous about a transaction the extra 3% for PayPal goods may be worth it for peace of mind.

That is the great thing about this site, a lot of honest people to sell, buy, and trade with.

Agreed. Toss 3% extra in the payment and send as Goods.
