Default Team Composite ID Help

The below team composite pictures the 1908 Little Rock, Arkansas minor league baseball team. I used to have the 1909 Spalding BB Guide which identified the players (I believe) but no longer do. I am trying to determine if Tris Speaker is pictured as he played the majority of the season there before moving up to Boston.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Speaker is in fact pictured with the Little Rock Southern Association team in the 1909 Spalding Guide. It is not however the composite shown above.

I believe that IS him in the middle bottom row as Jeff states. Looks like him to me.
