Default pre certified what a joke

Am I missing something here. I'm not going to name the 3rd party authenticating company. You know who they are. I won a game used bat from an auction a couple weeks ago. I didn't receive a certificate from the auction company with the 3rd party authentication cert and I looked back at the description and it says Pre Certified. I didn't know what that meant so I looked on the authentications website. What a JOKE that is. They supposibly looked at the bat to pre certified it but now to get a cert I have to send the bat to them. So I"m supposed to spend 18.00 to send the bat to them. Then they charge me at least another 18.00 to send it back then the fee for them to look at it again which they already did in the first place. So now I have another 60.00-75.00 more just for the stupid cert that should have came with the bat to begin with. I read there reason for doing it on there website and my opinion is it's a way for them to make more money from there customers, plain and simple. They won't be getting my money that is for sure. I'm not spending another 75.00. Like I said what a joke.
