Default Early baseball charms?

Picked up these two recently. Trying to gather more information about them. The gold one has a W on it and is dated 1928. It is also 10k. The other one appears to be earlier. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The dated gold one is similar in design style to football and basketball charms from college teams. I agree the other one is older than the 1920s, but I can't attest to its likely origin.
