Default OT: How long should it take for PSA to update??

Here is my question: I sent two items to PSA in California and they received them on 9/2/14. I requested Express service 5 business day turnaround. I checked my online account and it shows no orders received.

So how long does it take before PSA receives your merchandise until they update that they received it on their website??

Just curious if I should be nervous or not

Greg

Default Do not be nervous.

Easier said than done I still get nervous and I know they can take up to a few weeks to get the order entered. I have dropped off cards and had them take 2/3 weeks to enter them. It is one of the few areas in which they have not improved their customer service. If you noted on the outside of the package the 5 day service requested, they tend to get those types entered faster than the bulk orders.

I had a 7 day turnaround that PSA received on Aug 30. It was logged yesterday, Sept 5, so you probably have a couple days to go. It's important however that you marked the outside of the box clearly with the service level. Otherwise it can take a LOT longer.

I was talking via email to someone at PSA the other day, and they mentioned that they are very busy at the moment, like this is their busiest time of the year. So that might factor into it too

I didn't do this, but my check was paid as if I did. Do they refund??
