OT: Ebates missing cash back

Is anyone else missing a lot of Ebates 5% cash back over the last week? I bought about 40 cards taking advantage of the eBay 10% and Ebates 5% and only eight items are in my cash back! I've been emailing them lists of my eBay username, item #, price, payment method and Ebates shopping trip #...NOT WORKING!!

I am not sure why but anything I purchase that isn't a BIN I end up having to submit it to Ebates to get my cash back.

Here's a frustrating Ebates reply:

Hello Larry,

Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, when using eBay a snipe service will break the tracking and we will not receive a commission for the purchase. The commission is what we share with you in the form of Cash Back. If we do not earn a commission, we will not have anything to share with you as Cash Back.

Today I have added a $20 Valued Member to your account for any inconvenience this may have caused. As soon as a new purchase posts to your account, the bonus will be added to your Cash Back Balance.

I've been using gavelsnipe for years and have had no issues so be careful because they maybe cracking down on snipes.

i thought if you place a starter bid beforehand, then a snipe would work. as long as they have a "trace" of you entering a manual bid, doesn't have to be the winning bid.

That's what I did and have done for a few years and never had a problem. This all started, at least for me, last week during the three day buyer/seller eBay bucks promo. If I use BIN or bid myself it's fine but the snipes would not register with Ebates.
