Just one graded by SCC. Couldn't get access to PSA pop report but believe they have only graded one also (this one?). Probably a few raw ones floating around, too. But fair to say it's a rare card.

Friggin' amazing cards on this thread!

Wow Richard,

That shoeless Texas Tommy is an incredible card!

I'd love to see a scan of the back of the card if you have it available and don't mind sharing?

Am I right in thinking the type I's have a bio in the reverse or is it the type II's?

I don't have either but would love to add one to my type collection one of these days.

Scott

The type Is are the ones with the bios. The IIs are smaller and have blank backs.

Yomass,

That Texas Tommy of Jackson is absolutely incredible.

Do you mind sharing where that one came from? I never remember seeing it anywhere before.

I spoke with a very respected dealer a few years ago who confirmed that he knew of a collection of the cards that included a Jackson. I am wondering if it is the same one.

The Type I cards are some of my favorites.

The Jackson was part of a group of about 25 (both Is and IIs) that came to me through a dealer about two years ago. I do not know who the seller was.

Sort of feel like a kid who gets a ribbon on flag day just for being there...posting these in here with all these cards. Nothing super rare but nicer condition at least on some of them. Also the N173 UNC and the Matty UNC aren’t super easy to come by neither is the W517 mini, and thanks to Ted Z Lindaman with a 350 back isn’t easy to find he was right I hate that when he’s right.LOL

What an amazing gallery of cards!

The Boston Garters Cobb and Speark are superb and the Cameo Pepsin pin of Young is off the charts.

Incredible stuff everyone. I wonder what the collective value of the pictured cards is.

I never get tired of showing this one off. Still the only 1927 Greiner's Bread known.

Certainly some eye candy here. I seek out mainstream items, to reduce the chance they'll be 'givin away' when my heirs acquire this stuff.

Ted, any more info found on that Beast?

No one has posted a Fatima premium,
And I've not seen Casey's first card.

I assume you are referring to this one......

I even took it to the National last summer and showed it to some of the "oldies" in the hobby.
No one has identified it, yet.

"Jim, You might be correct as far as slabbed singles, but there have been several E93 sheets sold in the past few years and those were all blank backs."

Wesley,
Yeah, I know of one complete set on an uncut sheet and two or three sets in partial sheets.
