Seems kind of random. These $ off coupons maybe quarterly. The eBay bucks bonuses seem to happen more often - maybe monthly or so. You can edit the communication settings in your eBay account if you're not receiving promotion notices.

I have them turned on and I still don't get them. I may have to contact customer service as I am sure I have missed a lot of good offers.

I did go to my Account/Communication Preferences, and I was already signed up to receive all special promotions, but I still don't get them.

I used this once after being notified here and I always appreciate the heads up. I've always assumed it would only work for just one item at a time, but would it work if you purchased a number of "buy it now" items at once with aggregate price of at least $75 and paid for them at one time? Thanks

The terms say "Coupon can be used once per PayPal account within a single transaction (or cart), while supplies last. "

So unless you buy it with another paypal account you can only use it once i suppose.

Sometimes I get an e-mail notification, sometimes I don't. This most recent one I didn't, I just saw it on the home screen of the Android app when I was checking my saved searches. They also show on eBay's home page, it'll sometimes be in the main image box that has about five rotating images...or sometimes in the smaller image box off to the lower right. Just gotta keep an eye out.
