I feel a little silly posting this one considering all the nice cards you guys have been getting, but it is my first T206. Sorry for the low quality cell phone pic. I was too lazy to get up and go to the scanner.

Don't feel silly, any T206 is a work of art. Some have just been more loved than others. Yours looks great.

Sweet '38. Big Head Goudeys seem under appreciated on this board, but I personally find them incredibly appealing. Especially with great centering and color like yours.

Having completed the T207 set I decided to add a subset of all the "tough scarce backs" with Cycle backs only. About 2/3 done.

Thanks Sam. A PSA 7 '38 Goudey Bobby Doerr rookie card is a bit of a toughie. I was glad to snag this one.

When I started collecting vintage 20 years ago the very first card I bought was a Duffy Mayo, ungraded, excellent or better. Loved it. There was one problem. When I got home and looked in a catalog they said it was black toned and with black back and the one I had was...brown. At least the dealer admitted it was a reprint and took it back. Been wanting one since but had to be in great shape and very pricey at that. Now, a reasonable price, I just won this...if anything, it looks like a 5 and great centering. The MK they say is small pencil mark on black black and only visible at an angle....

Been wanting one since but had to be in great shape and very pricey at that. Now, a reasonable price, I just won this...if anything, it looks like a 5 and great centering. The MK they say is small pencil mark on black black and only visible at an angle....

nice duffy...one of the first vintage cards I got "duped" on as a young boy in the early 80's was a fake mayo lave cross with a non black back. Common knowledge today...but what did I know then????

Yeah, no internet then....I actually called one of the dealers listed in a Beckett and asked for advice. He said if it's brown you are out of luck. Fortunately the dealer in NYC--still has only shop left, I think, Alex's--took it back promptly...

Default Up to 160

Up to 160 unique EPDGs after getting 10 since last update. They seem to come in batches.

Goal has always been to get to 200 and then see what happens. Would like to get there by end of this year but doubtful.....

If anyone has any that I don't have below, shoot me a PM!

Thank you, Dean -- it's been quite the start to 2016.

I was quite pleased to pick this up for the minimum bid in Memory Lane's auction.
