Default T213 II Cobb bat off shoulder

Leon, I do not own this card.

I was contacted by a woman who works for a country club. This card was donated by a member and will be in a silent auction later this month.
I am not sure what the value would be in this condition, but I am in a position to put in a bid. So, I am trying to get a feel for the value.

any ideas?

you can call or email me

What's that circle on the bottom left of the front?

IMO you're in the $500-$1k range.

A PSA 1 in slightly better condition (at least the front, don't know the back condition) sold for $639 this year in an SCP Auction. Not sure if that includes the vig.

Dave - If that is a punch hole, then probably $250-$400. If no punch hole, and in 1 shape, $500-$650. Type 2's are the easiest of the 3 Coupon types. One in nice condition can command a pretty penny, but this one should be very affordable.

I kind of figured the $500 - $1,000 range. You can see because of the back scan that it is not punched, probably just ink or something like that. As I mentioned, it is not mine.....yet...

maybe I will win it in the auction. Thanks for the info.

It looks like to me that at one time someone layed a piece of three hole punch notebook paper on top of it and "colored in" the circle for kicks.

It may be the holder. Ultra-pro used to make a thick sleeve that fit inside of top loaders that had a small circular hologram on the bottom corner. I still have a few of them floating around in my collection.
