Default 1929? Tower Theatre Mickey Cochrane

1929? Tower Theatre Mickey Cochrane
It's always fun to pick up something I haven't seen before.. Creasing falls under the "take what you can get" mantra. It has a PSA/DNA for the sig., and is 5x7, on medium card stock and a glossy front coating. Anyone else see more of these?

Thanks Justin, Adam and joeadcock......this is another example of rarity not equaling value. The demand side is more important in value, imo.
